Ike
D. Zach - Chief Executive Officer
Ike Zach is
the CEO, and co-founder of Idrontas
Corp. He has specialized in computerization
of enterprise software solution
for 20 years. Before establishing
Idrontas Ike was Ibotsoft GM western
region, and co-founded IA Business
Technology, LLC (IABT), focusing
on Sourcing Relationship Management
and integration software solutions.
Prior to founding IABT, Ike served
as Director of R&D at Borland
Software Corp Enterprise Business
Unit. In this role Ike managed
and delivered complex projects
and products, including VisiBroker,
and Borland J2EE Application Server.
In his eleven years tenure at
Electronic Data Systems (EDS),
Ike served as a management consultant
for EDS energy BU clients. Ike
holds a Bachelor of Business Administration
degree in Management Information
Systems degree from the University
of Houston

Eyal O. Rosenberg
- Director
Prior to establishing
Nipendo, Eyal was
the co-founder and
CEO of IBOT, Inc.,
a software vendor
that developed a platform
for B2B integration
and automation of
distributed business
processes. Prior to
establishing IBOT,
Eyal served four years
as Vice President
for R&D and Support
with the Israeli offices
of Baan, responsible
for software development,
localizations of the
Baan ERP, converting
the Baan IV package
to comply with Hebrew
language and right-to-left
support. Eyal's second
position with Baan
was management of
professional services,
consulting and project
management with overall
responsibility of
Baan ERP projects,
customers and business
partners. Previous
to Baan, Eyal spent
five years with a
leading information
systems distributor,
representing a number
of global companies,
such as IHS, UMI and
SilverPlatter.
Eyal has accumulated
vast knowledge of
the enterprise packaged
applications arena,
especially in the
area of requirements
analysis, solution
design, implementation
of large packaged
applications and integration
processes.
Eyal holds a Bachelor's
Degree in Finance
and Business Administration
from the Tel Aviv
College of Business
Administration, and
a Master's Degree
in Business Administration
from Bar-Ilan University.
